The contract has a total duration of 12 months. The contract's start date is from the mutual signature of the parties. The delivery deadline for the procured vehicles is up to 210 days from the date the public procurement contract is concluded. The contracting parties may agree to extend the deadline for fulfilling contractual obligations if unforeseen circumstances occur. The procurement contract is digitally signed and exchanged within 30 days of the selection decision becoming enforceable. The deadline for making a selection or cancellation decision is 90 days from the deadline for submission.

The key deliverable is one such vehicle, which must adhere to detailed technical specifications, including:

• Engine: Diesel type with a minimum power of 160 kW, maximum CO2 emissions of 280 g/km (combined driving), Euro VI standard, automatic transmission, and 4x4 drive.
• Dimensions: A cargo pick-up double cab body, with at least 5 seats (2+3 configuration), a minimum length of 5100 mm, a height between 1700-1900 mm, and a minimum wheelbase of 3100 mm.
• Mandatory Equipment: The vehicle must include power steering, collision warning, ABS, ESP, differential lock, cruise control, height and tilt-adjustable driver and passenger seats, heated driver and passenger seats, all heat-insulated windows, additionally tinted rear side windows, heated rear window, automatic 3-point safety belts with tensioners in the front, minimum driver and passenger airbags, side airbags and curtain airbags for driver and passenger, driver fatigue detection, dual-zone automatic climate control, navigation system, remote central locking, electrically adjustable and heated exterior mirrors, electric front and rear side window lifters, a digital radio, 6 speakers, mobile phone preparation, a trailer hitch, a trailer socket, a front recovery winch with a 2.5 t pulling force, a lockable cargo bed cover, side steps, tire pressure warning, LED front main and daytime running lights, LED tail lights, headlight beam height adjustment, front and rear fog lights, a full-size spare wheel, a triple bench in the second row, parking assist with front and rear cameras, anti-wear seat covers, and R18 light alloy wheels (minimum). The vehicle must be manufactured as a factory N-1 commercial vehicle.
• Additional Equipment: The tender also requires rubber floor mats, a set of aluminum wheels with R18 minimum winter tires, a 2 kg fire extinguisher, a bulb kit, a warning triangle, a first aid kit (HRN 1112 or equivalent), and an orange reflective vest (HRN EN 471 or equivalent).
