TENDER DESCRIPTION

The task of the Winning Bidder is to deliver 2 pieces of new (previously unused) two-seat motorized light trainer aircraft as described below, commissioning them (without registration), and provide user-level handling and maintenance (daily handling and maintenance, occupational safety) training for at least 2 persons for a minimum of 2 hours and maximum of 6 hours within the framework of a sales contract according to the provisions specified in the public procurement documentation, at the performance location designated by the contracting authority. The technical parameters of the motorized light trainer aircraft to be delivered will be provided by the contracting authority as part of the procurement documents. The two-seat motorized light trainer aircraft (hereinafter: aircraft) shall comply with the requirements set forth in Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 and the European airworthiness specifications issued for its implementation. The aircraft shall have a valid airworthiness certificate issued by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) or an equivalent certification of compliance.
