TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Winning Bidder’s task is to deliver 2 new (previously unused) two-seat motorised light training aircraft, commissioning (without registration), and training for at least 2 persons in the user-level operation and maintenance of the aircraft (daily operation and maintenance, and occupational safety and health) for a minimum duration of 2 hours and a maximum duration of 6 hours, under a sale and purchase contract, in accordance with what is specified in the procurement documentation, to the place of performance designated by the contracting authority. As part of the procurement documents, the contracting authority will make available the technical parameters of the motorised light training aircraft to be delivered. The two-seat motorised light training aircraft (hereinafter: the aircraft) shall comply with the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the Commission and in the European airworthiness requirements issued for the implementation thereof.
