TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the provision of a border-adjacent reception and return centre for persons whom the Swedish Migration Agency assesses are entitled to accommodation. The centre shall be designed in such a way as to enable flexibility in use, as the individual needs may change at short notice. The centre shall therefore be usable regardless of the individual’s current process status and be adaptable based on the needs of the operations. The length of stay varies between individuals and cannot be determined in advance. The contract includes a comprehensive service intended to meet all basic needs associated with accommodation. This includes access to furnished accommodation rooms, an information function, meal catering including foodstuffs, sanitary facilities, hygiene products, laundry facilities, and areas for play, study and activities, both indoors and outdoors. In addition, areas for social interaction, the required staffing, and workspaces for personnel of the Swedish Migration Agency shall be included. Access to the internet shall be ensured.
