Subject of the public procurement: Locomotive air conditioning parts 2. Quantity of the public procurement: Type of contract: Purchase framework contract Contract framework amount: net HUF 7,281,870 (7 different item codes – total 292 pcs indicative quantity). The contracting authority will conclude a contract for the specified framework amount in case of a successful procedure. The contracting authority undertakes an ordering obligation for a net amount of HUF 3,645,270 from the framework amount (planned for 146 pcs). The part of the framework amount not subject to ordering obligation is valued at net HUF 3,636,600 (planned for 146 pcs), which value is included in the estimated value in accordance with Section 16 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. The rules for placing orders are included in the draft contract. The quantities given above are indicative, planned quantities (the exact number of products needed during the contract period for the contracting authority's repair/maintenance activities cannot be forecast).
