TENDER DESCRIPTION

Public transport in the Lausanne region SA (tl) operates a fleet of service vehicles used for operational activities such as infrastructure maintenance, logistics, or support for technical interventions. A significant portion of this fleet has now reached the end of its service life due to the age or mileage thresholds defined. In this context, tl have initiated an overall renewal process aimed at modernising and streamlining their service-vehicle fleet. This initiative also aligns with a commitment to an energy transition, with a progressive shift towards fully electric powertrains. This invitation to tender is launched in order to select a supplier capable of meeting these needs under a framework contract. It concerns the acquisition of electric light commercial vehicles, with high requirements in terms of performance, reliability and after-sales service, in order to ensure continuity of operational activities.
