TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is preparing its transition to a fleet of vehicles that are fully electrified, in particular by modifying and modernising its bus and eBus depots. In this context, the contracting authority wishes to integrate into its depots a solution enabling the real-time geolocation of its various vehicles, inside and around the depots. The geolocation solution for the vehicles to be acquired must make it possible to streamline and modernise the management of the Perrelet depots (base offer) and the Borde depot (option). In particular, it must enable the drastic reduction of the loss of time linked to walking routes within the depot, and the minimisation of parking errors that could compromise operations. It is planned to place an order for the supply in the first half of 2027, subject to obtaining the relevant funds or authorisations.
