Content of the services listed in the scope of work: Construction interim cleaning for verification Fine cleaning by room groups Room group Sanitary rooms, WC rooms 54.00 m2 Room group Corridors 395.00 m2 Room group Office, consulting rooms 675.00 m2 Room group Storage, ancillary rooms 1,720.00 m2 Room group Technical rooms 9.00 m2 Cleaning of windows 390.00 m2 Execution is to begin within 12 working days after receipt of the client’s (AG) request (§5 (2) sentence 2 VOB/B). The request will be sent to you in all likelihood by 21.12.2026. The service is to be completed (made ready for acceptance): within 60 working days after the above-mentioned deadline (6 working days/week) Notice regarding bidder questions due to special external events (e.g. Sars-COV-2 or the Ukraine war): Please take into account when preparing your tender any possible or identifiable impairments, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, personnel, any possibly delayed submission of required evidence, impacts on any subcontractors, etc. Any questions that arise in this context should be submitted in good time before the tender deadline via the messaging system of eVergabe.
