TENDER DESCRIPTION

To prepare the inventory and further planning, the building is to be largely stripped out. Subject to compliance with orders under heritage protection law, valuable items requiring protection are to be covered and secured. The services relating to the protective items and security measures required under heritage protection law are the subject of this invitation to tender. The basis for this is the heritage protection permit as well as the associated planning documents and photo documentation. Special note regarding bidder questions due to special external events (e.g. Sars-COV-2 or the Ukraine war): Please take into account when preparing your offer any possible and/or identifiable impairments, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, personnel/workers, a possibly delayed submission of the required evidence, effects on any subcontractors, etc. Questions arising in this context must be submitted in due time before the offer deadline via the messaging system of the eVergabe.
