TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the fitting-out of the premises of the former bank and pizzeria at Kolodvorska 14a and 14b in Pivka, within the project Network Business Incubator PNR – Phase IV, in which the municipalities of Postojna and Pivka will establish new premises for the business incubator, thereby contributing to the expansion of business infrastructure in the region. The project is intended to arrange new business infrastructure at multiple locations, whereby the location in Pivka is one of three locations; two other locations are also in the municipality of Postojna. In the incubator, premises will be arranged that are directly intended for incubatees, namely business premises, offices, co-working spaces and meeting rooms. The remaining areas of the incubator are also premises that connect to the incubator’s basic purpose; these are technical premises, corridors and sanitary facilities, storage rooms, and premises for catering activities. As part of the works under LOT 1, a car park will also be arranged for users of the business incubator, since the new premises of the incubator have no parking spaces.
