TENDER DESCRIPTION
Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, is announcing on behalf of Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator Berlin GmbH (GCT) the construction of the Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies. The present specification describes the installation of building automation installations in the three floors of the incubator (GCT) in the laboratory building "New Building Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies" Sellerstraße, 13353 Berlin. The bill of quantities includes the delivery, assembly, and commissioning of the following services: - approx. 120 decentralized control cabinets - approx. 6 central control cabinets - Integration, parameterization, and connection of approx. 1,550 data points (physical and communicative) - approx. 21,000 m of cable - approx. 800 m of cable trays and installation pipes - approx. 3,500 cable connections - Commissioning - Training / instructions - Documentation - Interaction test There are special requirements according to the Berlin Procurement and Award Act (BerlAVG), see tender documents.
