TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) For the refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed station areas on the 1st to 3rd floors of Artemed Klinikum München Süd, measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR Technology) works are being procured. The services particularly include: 800 data points; dismantling and decommissioning works. b) For this project, for the purpose of shortening the submission deadline pursuant to § 12 EU Paragraph 1 No. 2 VOB/A, a prior information notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) under publication number 566614-2026 on 17 August 2026. The subject matter of this procurement procedure is the measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR technology) works designated in the prior information notice under Section 5.1, Lot: LOT-0013. c) The contracting authority intends to award, as part of the comprehensive refurbishment of the patient rooms and bed station areas on the 1st to 3rd floors of Artemed Klinikum München Süd, multiple construction contracts for various trades.
