TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Mühlenkreiskliniken are planning, as part of the strategic development of their locations, to relocate in the future the services previously provided at the Bad Oeynhausen hospital to the Auguste-Viktoria-Klinik. For this purpose, the Auguste-Viktoria-Klinik site will be expanded by an emergency department, areas of functional diagnostics, radiology and endoscopy, as well as two operating rooms. Additionally, 84 standard care beds and 6 intensive care beds will be created. New functional areas such as a psychiatric day clinic and a multimodal pain therapy will be established. The expansion will be carried out through partial new buildings, conversions and reuses within the existing structures, including two new building bodies and a partial elevation of an existing building body.
