TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Mühlenkreiskliniken are planning, as part of the strategic development of their locations, to relocate the services currently provided at the Bad Oeynhausen hospital to the Auguste-Viktoria-Klinik in the future. To this end, the Auguste-Viktoria-Klinik location will be expanded with an emergency department, areas for functional diagnostics, radiology and endoscopy, as well as two operating rooms. Additionally, 84 standard care beds and 6 intensive care beds will be created. New functional areas such as a psychiatric day clinic and multimodal pain therapy will be established. The expansion will be carried out through partial new buildings, conversions and repurposing of existing structures, including two new building bodies and a partial additional floor on an existing building component.
