TENDER DESCRIPTION

Short Description The Mühlenkreiskliniken are planning, as part of their strategic development, the merger of the existing Lübbecke and Rahden sites in the form of a joint new building "Klinikum Lübbecker Land". The project involves the new construction of a hospital for somatic and psychiatric care with approximately 400 beds, supplementary teaching and functional areas as well as facilities for centralized parking on a plot of land owned by the city of Espelkamp. Due to the size and complexity of the project, there is an increased need for coordination of construction site logistics, especially regarding construction site traffic, material deliveries, area management and security logistics. The construction site logistics must be closely coordinated with the concurrent traffic planning of the city of Espelkamp, particularly with respect to access and traffic routing. Scope of Services The tender includes the planning and coordination of the construction site logistics for the project.
