TENDER DESCRIPTION

Brief Description The Mühlenkreiskliniken plan, as part of their strategic development, to merge the existing locations Lübbecke and Rahden in the form of a joint new building "Klinikum Lübbecker Land". The project includes the construction of a new hospital for somatic and psychiatric care with around 400 beds, supplementary teaching and functional areas as well as facilities for centralized parking on a plot of land belonging to the city of Espelkamp. Due to the size and complexity of the project, there is an increased need for coordination of construction site logistics, particularly regarding construction site traffic, material deliveries, space and safety logistics. The construction site logistics must be closely coordinated with the parallel traffic planning of the city of Espelkamp, especially concerning access and traffic routing. Service Description The tender covers the planning and coordination of the construction site logistics for the project.
