TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract are services for outdoor area maintenance, street cleaning, the winter readiness service and winter service for the House St. Martin of MÜNCHENSTIFT GmbH. 1. Outdoor area maintenance The outdoor area maintenance services are to be provided in the period from 01 February up to and including 30 November. They include maintaining all vegetation and paved/surfaced areas in a condition that meets both the client’s aesthetic expectations for the corresponding area, the function of the corresponding area and, in particular, the requirements for the duty of traffic safety. For this purpose, in particular the following services are to be provided in accordance with the specifications of the relevant bill of services for the lot in question: - Trimming back of seedlings of woody plants, shrubs, perennials, roses, climbing plants, grasses, reeds or groundcovers - Fruit tree pruning - Mowing work for lawns, meadows, paving for lawns and verge areas - Hoeing and digging work in vegetation areas - Care of roof greening/green roofs - Fertilising lawns, roses, boxwood and rhododendrons - Plant protection for rose areas and boxwood hedges - Cleaning, mowing or scraping…
