TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of the contract comprises services for outdoor facilities maintenance, street cleaning, the winter readiness service and winter service for the St. Martin House of MÜNCHENSTIFT GmbH. 1. Outdoor facilities maintenance The outdoor facilities maintenance services are to be provided in the period from 01 February to and including 30 November. They include maintaining all vegetation and paved/surfaced areas in a condition that meets both the client’s aesthetic expectations for the corresponding area, the function of the corresponding area and, in particular, the requirements regarding the duty of ensuring safe conditions for public traffic. For this purpose, in particular the following services are to be provided in accordance with the specifications of the respective bill of services for the lot concerned: - Trimming back of shrub seedlings, shrubs, perennials, roses, climbing plants, grasses, reeds or ground covers - Pruning of fruit trees - Mowing of lawns, meadows, lawn paving and edge strips - Hoeing and digging work in vegetation areas - Maintenance of roof greening - Fertilising of lawns, roses, boxwood and rhododendrons - Plant protection for rose areas…
