SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as a state enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), is responsible for planning, building, maintaining, and managing school properties according to economic principles while taking educational needs into account, and leasing the more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). --------------- An existing administrative building at the Carl-von-Ossietzky-Gymnasium school site is being demolished. On the cleared construction site, a 4-story extension and replacement building will then be erected.
