SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as a state enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), is tasked with planning, building, maintaining, and managing school properties according to economic principles while taking into account school-related concerns, and renting out more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). --------------- At the school site Carl-von-Ossietzky-Gymnasium, an existing administrative building will be demolished. On the freed-up construction site, a 4-story extension and replacement building will subsequently be erected.
