During the implementation of the procurement, the contracting authority requires the placement of a consignment warehouse. The basic stock of the consignment warehouse is determined by the contracting authority in the draft contract. The rules for managing the consignment warehouse are included in the draft contract. The specification contains the definition of the exact subject and quantity of the procurement. Quantity deviation +20% depending on the contracting authority’s usage.
