TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns property maintenance and repair services, maintenance of outdoor areas, and caretaker services for sites administered by the Municipality of Muurame. In addition, the service includes 24/7 standby duty on all days of the week throughout the year. A more detailed description of the tasks included in the procurement is presented in the procurement request appendices and in the client’s maintenance log system (Granlund Manager), which contains site-specific general information, aerial images, maintenance schedules, and information about technical systems. To submit a tender, the tenderer must review the descriptions in the maintenance log regarding the content of the tasks. TENDERER INSPECTION OF MAINTENANCE LOG is requested by email to [email protected]. In the email subject/body, it is mandatory to write: KH-kilpailutus 2026/GM-tunnukset. The tenderer must participate in the site walk-throughs, which are held on Mon 7.9. and Tue 8.9. from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Start from Nisulanmäki school centre at Nisulantie 1, Muurame (meeting at the entrance hall).
