The subject of the procurement is VTT’s change management and change communication services, by means of which • the organisation’s strategy and culture are supported and strengthened • change is made into a comprehensible and well-led process • people are engaged in the change. The services include the development, planning and implementation of change management and/or change communication together with VTT’s responsible persons. The matter may be a single project or a broader change programme, the aim of which is to strengthen VTT’s strategy, culture or the development of its operations.
