TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo, the Espoo Region Education Federation Omnia, and Espoo Catering Oy (each separately later also the Contracting Authority) request bids for the procurement of Moving Services. The subject of the procurement is moving services to meet the moving needs of the Contracting Authority’s premises. The procurement also includes furniture installation and occasional small-item transport. On the basis of the competitive tendering procedure, the Contracting Authority selects one (1) supplier and two (2) reserve suppliers. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement is provided in Appendix 1 to the tender request, “Description of the subject of the procurement”. The estimated total value of the procurement without value added tax is EUR 4,640,000.
