TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo, the joint municipal authority for education in the Espoo region Omnia, and Espoo Catering Oy (each hereinafter also referred to as the Contracting Authority) request tenders for the Procurement of Moving Services. The subject matter of the procurement is moving services to meet the Contracting Authority’s needs for relocating its premises. The procurement also includes furniture installation and occasional small-item transport. Based on the competition, the Contracting Authority selects one (1) supplier and two (2) back-up suppliers. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement is provided in Appendix 1 of the tender request: “Description of the subject matter of the procurement”. The estimated total value of the procurement, excluding value added tax, is EUR 4,640,000.
