TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Vantaa and Kerava Welfare Area and the City of Vantaa are organizing a tender competition for the procurement of moving services and temporary storage in accordance with this request for tenders and its annexes (VAKEDno-2026-4192 and VD/3264/02.08.00.00/2026). The service will primarily be provided in the areas of the cities of Vantaa and Kerava as well as the Central Uusimaa Rescue Department. The scope of the procurement is described in more detail in the annex Service Description. Ordering of moves is not centralized within large client organizations, so there can be multiple individual orderers depending on the need. The procurement aims to find a partner who will comprehensively support the Clients in the preparation and execution of moves. The procurement has not been divided into lots. One (1) Supplier will be selected. The procurement is not divided into parts. The contracting authorities have assessed the division of the procurement into parts based on a market dialogue conducted during the preparation of the procurement.
