TENDER DESCRIPTION

Vantaa and Kerava Welfare Area and the City of Vantaa organise a tender procedure for the procurement of moving services and interim warehousing in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices (VAKEDno-2026-4192 and VD/3264/02.08.00.00/2026). The service is produced primarily within the areas of the cities of Vantaa and Kerava and the Central Uusimaa Rescue Department. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the appendix titled Service Description. Ordering moves is not centralised in extensive contracting organisations, so there may be several contracting parties for individual moves depending on needs. The procurement is therefore aimed at finding a cooperation partner who provides the Contracting Parties with comprehensive support in the preparation and implementation of moves.
