For the provision of catering services in the scope of preparing and delivering daily meals for the Residents of the Centre for Care and Living in Lipsk 1. The subject of this procedure is the provision of catering services in the scope of preparing and delivering daily meals for 20 residents of the Centre for Care and Living in Lipsk—in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Act of 25 August 2006 on food safety and nutrition (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2022, item 2132, as amended): 2. The contract will be performed 7 days a week for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the agreement for a maximum of 20 persons staying on a 24-hour basis. Fixed meals: breakfast – max 20 meals per day; lunch – max 20 meals per day; dinner – max 20 meals per day. (Total: max 60 fixed meals per day, max 420 fixed meals per week.)
