TENDER DESCRIPTION

PROCUREMENT OF A BOOKMOBILE VEHICLE (BIBLIOKOMBI) as part of the ESF Project “Welcome to the bookmobile for everyone, big and small!” The project provides for the procurement of a new, additional bookmobile vehicle in the Bookmobile Service of Koprivnica of the “van” (“kombi”) type, including the retrofitting of the vehicle for the purpose of performing the function of a mobile library—bibliokombi. Based on the detailed specifications and technical description of the required elements, characteristics and equipment of the future bibliokombi, the aim is to procure an appropriate basic vehicle of the required dimensions and characteristics, which will subsequently be converted, i.e. retrofitted and equipped for the performance of the mobile library activity. After the purchase of the vehicle itself, in accordance with the technical documentation, the selected contractor will also carry out the retrofitting, i.e. adapting the vehicle for a mobile library. Upon completion of the works, the vehicle will be delivered to the contracting authority, preceded by the conducted homologation and registration of the new vehicle.
