TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is a vessel for the needs of controlling the marine area over which the Republic of Croatia has sovereignty, that is, sovereign rights and jurisdiction in accordance with international law. Since fishing is a strategic branch of the economy in the Republic of Croatia, and in order to achieve the sustainable development of fishing, with its economic, ecological and social role and objectives of fishing policy, it is necessary to carry out supervision and control of inland fishing waters, which include inland waters, and of offshore fishing waters, which includes the area of the territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia and the exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Croatia. The overall length of the vessel must be at least 55 m, its width must not be less than 9 m, and it must provide accommodation for at least 30 persons.
