TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is a vessel for the control of the sea area over which the Republic of Croatia has sovereignty, that is, sovereign rights and jurisdiction in accordance with international law. Since fishing is a strategic branch of the economy in the Republic of Croatia, and in order to achieve the sustainable development of fishing, it is necessary to carry out monitoring and control of internal fishing waters that include internal sea waters, and of external fishing waters that include the area of the territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia and the exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Croatia. The overall length of the vessel must be at least 55 m, its width may not be less than 9 m, and it must have accommodation arranged for at least 30 persons.
