TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1: PROCUREMENT OF A MICROARRAY READER WITH MAINTENANCE AND CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. The subject matter of the public contract also includes: supply of consumable material, for a period of four (4) years from the conclusion of the framework agreement (for both lots); maintenance of the equipment, which includes both preventive maintenance of the equipment (maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions) and corrective maintenance of the equipment (remedying faults), for a period of seven (7) years from the date of handover/acceptance of the equipment (for both lots). The subject matter of the public contract is defined in more detail in the Customer’s Specification of Requirements and the tender documentation. The tenderer must offer all the procured equipment, consumable material for a period of 4 years and all maintenance works (for a period of 7 years from the handover/acceptance of the equipment) within the scope of the subject matter of the public contract for the specific lot for which it is submitting a tender.
