TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the supply of electrical energy, specified and determined by type and the planned (indicative) quantity in the Bill of Quantities and Appendix I – Metering points, tariff models and billing elements, which is attached. Economic operators offering the subject of procurement shall offer it in accordance with the General Conditions for the Use of the Network and the Supply of Electrical Energy (NN 85/15 and 49/20, 104/20, 80/21 and any amendments), complying with the Electricity Market Act (NN 111/21) and other regulations governing this market. Billing for electrical energy shall be performed by the Supplier based on metering data that the Distribution System Operator will determine using metering devices at the Contracting Authority’s metering points, in accordance with the General Conditions for the Use of the Network and the Supply of Electrical Energy and the Network Rules of the distribution system (NN 74/2018 and 52/2020 and any amendments).
