TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the supply of electric power, specified and determined by type and the expected (indicative) quantity in the Bill of Quantities and Annex I – Metering points, tariff models and billing elements, which is attached. Economic operators offering the subject of procurement shall provide it in accordance with the General Conditions for Use of the Network and Supply of Electric Power (NN 85/15 and 49/20, 104/20, 80/21 and any amendments) while complying with the Electricity Market Act (NN 111/21) and other regulations governing this market. Billing for electric power shall be carried out by the Supplier based on metering data that shall be established by the Distribution System Operator using metering devices at the Contracting Authority’s billing metering points, in accordance with the General Conditions for Use of the Network and Supply of Electric Power and the Network Rules of the distribution system (NN 74/2018 and 52/2020 and any amendments).
