The subject of procurement is electric mopeds through financial leasing without a down payment, in accordance with the detailed description, scope and quantities specified in the Description and scope of the subject of procurement, the Technical Specifications of the electric mopeds, the Cost Schedule, and this Procurement Documentation. The supplied electric mopeds must be new and unused, and must meet all standards in accordance with positive regulations in the Republic of Croatia. The selected bidder is obliged to deliver and carry out the subject of procurement properly, conscientiously and responsibly, with the care of a good expert, according to the highest professional standards and recognized rules of the profession, and in accordance with the legal and by-laws that govern the activity covered by this procurement procedure.
