TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procedure is the procurement of fuel for the needs of Hrvatskih voda, in accordance with the Cost Schedule and the other required conditions specified in this Procurement Documentation. The subject of procurement includes the specified fuel types for motor vehicles in accordance with the indicative quantities determined in the Cost Schedule. The Bidder is required to offer and deliver the subject goods in such a way that they comply with everything stated in the Procurement Documentation and the Cost Schedule. The economic operator is required to offer the subject of procurement in the manner established by this Procurement Documentation, and the quality of the fuel must correspond to the quality of current petroleum fuels and other applicable regulations in force at the time of delivery to the Contracting Authority, and it must comply with all the requirements specified in this Procurement Documentation, applicable laws, bylaws, and professional rules.
