TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is not divided into groups and the tenderer is obliged to offer exclusively the entire subject of procurement. Quantities of the subject of procurement, stated in the attached bill of quantities, are approximate quantities for a two-year period. The actual quantity procured based on the concluded public procurement contract may be greater or smaller than the planned (approximate) quantity, i.e. it depends on the needs and available financial resources of the user. Technical specifications of the subject of procurement The technical specification of the subject of procurement is stated in the bill of quantities, which is an integral part of this procurement documentation. Bill of quantities The bill of quantities in a standardized format is an integral part of the documentation. The tenderer must fill in the unit price of the item (per unit of measure), the total price of the item without VAT, the offer price without VAT, the VAT amount, and the total offer price including VAT for the requested bill of quantities item.
