TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is not divided into lots and the tenderer is obliged to offer exclusively the entire subject of procurement. The quantities of the subject of procurement, shown in the corresponding bill of quantities, are approximate quantities for a two-year period. The actual quantity procured based on the concluded public procurement contract may be higher or lower than the estimated (approximate) quantity, depending on the needs and available financial resources of the user. Technical specifications of the subject of procurement The technical specification of the subject of procurement is shown in the bill of quantities, which is an integral part of this procurement documentation. Bill of Quantities The bill of quantities in a standardized format is an integral part of the documentation. The tenderer must fill in the unit price of the requested bill of quantities item (per unit of measure), the total item price without VAT, the offer price without VAT, the amount of VAT and the total offer price with VAT.
