TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement is construction and outfitting works for the Inclusion Center Korčula that are carried out as part of the project “Inclusion Center Korčula” (project code: IP.3.2.40.0003), which is financed within the call for the award of non-repayable grants “ITP for islands – Improvement and development of public and social infrastructure on islands” (call code: IP.3.2.40 – version 2), under the Integrated Territorial Programme 2021–2027, co-financed by European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funds, and all in accordance with the bill of quantities and project-technical documentation. Detailed specifications can be found in the project–technical documentation that has been published as part of this procurement procedure. It shall be deemed that the economic operator, before submitting the tender, has in all respects studied this Procurement Documentation and its annexes, that it has obtained all necessary data affecting the performance of the works, and that on the basis of all of the above it has submitted its tender.
