Procurement of works: Procurement of construction works for the Project “Adaptation of part of the Home for the Elderly in Vela Luka”The subject of procurement is the execution of construction-craft works and furnishing as part of the adaptation of part of the 2nd floor of an existing public-purpose building — the Home for the Elderly in Vela Luka, located on cadastral parcel cat. parcel 2342/4, c.o. 314765 Vela Luka. The works are carried out on the basis of the main design (ZOP: DVL/25, project number TD 16/25-A, December 2025, Arhitektonski ured 86/87 d.o.o., lead designer Marina Miljak Sabljić, mag. ing. arch.), including the joinery schedules at the locations OS1 and OS2 (sheets 1.6 and 1.7), which are an integral part of this Procurement Documentation.The works are carried out on the 2nd floor of the existing Home building, which remains in operation during the execution of the works (accommodation of users, including persons suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and dementia).
