TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement includes the purchase of Microsoft software products under the Enterprise model (EA), in accordance with Microsoft's Product Terms and Online Services Terms, and in accordance with this Documentation. All licenses within the subject of procurement must be delivered electronically, from protected websites with authorized access. For items listed in the Cost Table, the technical specifications consist of SKU (product code), official short license name, and quantity. The initially ordered quantities of products, due to Microsoft Enterprise model rules, cannot be reduced until the end of the Contract and Framework Agreement duration. The contractor is obliged to notify the Purchaser of any changes to the products and corresponding SKU codes if this occurs during the execution of the framework agreement. The new product must have the same or better functionalities.
