TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement includes the purchase of Microsoft software products under the Enterprise Agreement (EA) model, in accordance with the Microsoft Product Terms and Online Services Terms, and in compliance with this Documentation. All licenses from the subject of procurement must be delivered electronically, from secure web pages with authorized access. For the items in the Cost Table, the technical specifications consist of the SKU (product code), the official short license name, and the quantity. Initially ordered product quantities cannot be reduced during the term of the Contract and the Framework Agreement due to the rules of the Microsoft Enterprise model. The Contractor is obliged to notify the Ordering Party about any changes to the product and the corresponding SKU if this occurs during the execution of the framework agreement.
