TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement includes the procurement of Microsoft software products under the Enterprise model (EA), in accordance with the Microsoft Product Terms and the Microsoft Online Services Terms, and in accordance with this Documentation. All licences under the subject of procurement must be delivered electronically, from protected network pages with authorized access. For the items in the Bill of Quantities table, the technical specifications consist of the SKU (product identifier), the official short name of the licence, and the quantity. The initially ordered quantities of products, due to the Microsoft Enterprise model rules, may not be reduced until the end of the term of the Contract and the Framework Agreement. The Contractor is required to notify the Contracting Authority of any change to the products and the corresponding SKU identifiers if this occurs during the performance of the framework agreement. The new product must have the same or better functionalities.
