TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement includes the purchase of Microsoft software products under the Enterprise model (EA), in accordance with the Microsoft Product Terms and Microsoft Online Services Terms, and in compliance with this Documentation. All licenses from the subject of procurement must be delivered electronically, from protected websites with authorized access. For the items in the Cost Table, technical specifications consist of SKU (product code), official short license name, and quantity. Initially ordered product quantities, due to Microsoft Enterprise model rules, cannot be reduced until the end of the Contract and Framework Agreement duration. The contractor is obliged to notify the Purchaser about any change in the product and the corresponding SKU code if it occurs during the execution of the framework agreement. The new product must have the same or better functionalities.
