TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement includes procurement, delivery, installation, connection, configuration, functional testing and commissioning of a professional audio system for the needs of the Nedelišće Cultural Centre. The procurement includes an in-hall sound reinforcement system, a sound management system, microphone systems, a monitoring system, audio network infrastructure, a background sound reinforcement system, associated mounting brackets, cabinets, cables, connecting material and other equipment required to establish a fully functional audio unit. The subject of procurement includes all equipment, materials, works and services required for the proper performance of the contract, including transport, unloading, bringing equipment in, installation, system connection, system configuration, software settings, testing of functionality, commissioning of the system, delivery of technical documentation and warranties, and training of at least 2 users of the Contracting Authority for handling and managing the supplied audio system, for at least 4 hours, at the location of the Nedelišće Cultural Centre.
