TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to wear and tear of a part of the existing fleet caused by the age of certain vehicles of over 19 years, an exceptionally large number of driven kilometres, and increasingly frequent technical failures, the Contracting Authority initiates a procedure for the temporary fleet renewal. In order to somewhat alleviate the current situation, pending the procurement procedure for new articulated buses, which is yet to be carried out, the Contracting Authority intends to procure 3 used articulated buses for urban passenger transport powered by diesel fuel. The offered buses must comply with all positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the EU: - the Rules on the technical requirements for vehicles in road traffic (NN 85/16, 24/17, 70/19, 60/20, 79/23 and 6/25), - the Rules on special requirements for vehicles used for public road transport and transport for their own needs (NN 50/18, 56/19, 107/20, 127/21, 147/21, 71/22, 154/24 and 86/25), - the Road Transport Act (NN 41/18, 98/19, 30/21, 89/21, 114/22, 136/24 and 77/2026).
