TENDER DESCRIPTION

Repair of the roadway in two parts: from chainage 1-15 and chainage 32-43. The repair project for the subject section of the county road provides for the removal of the existing asphalt layer in its entirety, down to the load-bearing layer (subgrade/matting). After the asphalt layer has been removed, the stiffness modulus must be checked using a circular plate with a diameter of 30 cm, which must be at least Ms ≥ 100 MN/m² over the entire road surface. At locations where, after re-compaction, the specified stiffness modulus cannot be achieved, it will be necessary to replace the new subgrade layer, and if necessary also replace part of the embankment by replacing the material. The replacement of concrete kerbs is planned at locations where they have been broken or have settled due to poor subgrade. Covers of existing installations (foul sewer, water supply, telephone, stormwater grates and similar), must be installed at the newly designed levels of the final asphalt layer.
