1. General information on the subject of procurementThe subject of procurement is the supply of complete mechanisms (assemblies) for emptying above-ground tanks for separate collection of municipal waste. The requested mechanisms are based on the “double hook” acceptance system.The mechanisms covered by this procurement are intended to be installed on the Contracting Authority’s existing modular tanks, of the original manufacturer Villiger Entsorgungssysteme AG (Switzerland), and exclusively for the following tank models: Model SL20-120, Model SL20-150, Model SL20-180.2. Scope of supply and mechanism componentsThe Supplier is required to supply complete, brand-new, factory-made sets of mechanisms ready for immediate installation. Each individual set must include all structural and connecting elements needed for full functionality, which at minimum includes:1. External assembly (lever) with receiving double hook – interface for manipulation with a crane (crane).2. Internal transmission assembly (lever/ hook) – mechanism for transmitting kinetic force to the mechanism of the tank base flap in contact.3.
