TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the service of professional supervision over the execution of constructional, comprehensive and non-constructional reconstruction works on 13 buildings damaged by the earthquake in Zagreb – Svačić Block, as regulated by the Act on Renewal, the Programme of Measures, the Construction Act and the related regulations that regulate renewal, as well as the regulations that regulate the performance of spatial planning and construction activities and any subsequent amendments and supplements to those regulations. All of the buildings covered by this procurement are located within the area of a cultural heritage site – the Historic urban ensemble of the City of Zagreb, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under number Z-1525.
