The subject of procurement is the acquisition of a fire truck through financial leasing for a duration of 84 months, all in accordance with this Tender Documentation and the Leasing Act. Characteristics of financial leasing: • Lease duration: 7 years (84 months) • Down payment: 10% of the gross value of the leased item (paid before delivery of the vehicle) • Payment: In monthly installments based on the issued invoice according to the repayment plan • Start of repayment: The month following the delivery of the subject of procurement • Transfer of ownership: automatic after repayment of the purchase value of the leased item. The subject of procurement is further described in the Cost Estimate, which is an integral part of the tender documentation. The offered subject of procurement must have the technical characteristics specified in the Technical Specifications.
